We are looking to acquire land (through purchase, donation, or partnership) within 30 minutes drive time to the Fox Cities.
What does ideal land look like?
50+ acres.
Naturally occurring with well-draining loam-type soil.
Accessible to roadway or could be made to be.
Not swampy/deeper water table for majority of site.
Rich in biodiversity and ecotones with some forest and some prairie.
Land could be adjacent to old community or rural cemeteries in need of rehab but is not required.
